  1. I signed up for the free trial without checking up on the reviews. The same day, May 11th I was charged 49.95us so $65.00 cad! I need help for it to Stop! I have no idea how to contact them. It said free. I never agreed to any payment.

  10. About one month ago, I ran into a Play.Capt.com ad offering me to see lots of film and song stuff on a trial basis. I did so and then quit without subscribing, but I had shown them my bank credit card information, and they went ahead and subscribed me without asking me or letting me know. I want to unsubscribe and my money back. Unwillingly, I have been made to pay US$50.98, on October 8th, and US$49.95 on October 13th. And I want to unsubscribe and my money back.

    I suddenly with knowledge found out 2 days ago that a fee was deducted from my account for a subscription I have no knowledge of.

    Please advise as I have cancelled the subscription and they have emailed me that they unable to refund my cash but offer 3 months free viewing which I am not interested in.
