  7. Please help me to cancel this Zedplays.com subscription. I signed up for a free trial in November 2018 and bought nothing, but still USD 8.99 or € 8.02 are being deducted monthly from my account. I have tried to contact Zedplays to cancel this but have reveived no reply. Now I have had to have my Mastercard cancelled. Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.

    I paid a bill for you at $ 49.95 in March 2019. I left you my credit card number to pay this bill. I do not stay in New York State, and I am Canadian. I do not come often to New York. Can you unsubscribe to the Zedplay service and stop taking me $ 49.95 paymants every month. Is it possible to refund the payments of the months of September, August July and June because I did not use your services.

  12. I have notice a charge from my bank account to the name Zedplay, I have not subscribed to any such company. I do not play internet games nor watch anything online. I am a mother of 7 kids and look after my elderly parents at the same time while working fulltime I do not have time to watch programmes I did not subscribe to anything, please help me unsubscribe.
