So that leaves the question: Is it realistic that you can get your money back from It can often be extremely difficult and frustrating trying to get the money back once has taken them from your account.

Why a chargeback might be a bad idea

A natural reaction would be to go to your bank and ask to do a chargeback, but it might not be the best thing for you because:

  • You will need to resubscribe to all other services again that you have connected your credit card with (like phone subscription, streaming services, automatic payments etc)
  • You will be without a credit card for a while since you bank will disable it
  • Your bank might give you a lower credit rating. That could mean it would be more difficult to get a loan in the future

  31. On March 18, 2019, charged me $1.03 for a 5 day FREE Trial Membership. Then, on March 21, 2019, only 3 Days later (not the 5 days that they say), I was charged $49.95. NOTE: I never even went to the Website, nor did I Sign Up for any Product or Services (I don’t have any LogIn information). Furthermore, on April 22, I was charged another $49.95. And now, on May 20, 2019, I was charged a third time for $49.95. For a Total of, $150.88; I only found out 3 days ago, when I was alerted by my Bank (CHASE) that my Account was OVERDRAFT (which caused another charge of $34.00, for Insufficient Charges)! So now, the Total Unauthorized Charges + Penalty Charges= $184.88. Also, I attempted to call the Customer Service number, but it never connected me? I then sent an Email, but I never received a message back?
