  1. I signed up for free trial. Then the very next week they deducted money from my bank acc.
    When i contactes them online i was pretty much told i agreed to it. Which i was not fully aware.
    So to ensure they dont charge me in the future i requested to cancel, under the impression i can still use a month worth of service which they charged me. At no stage was i advised that by cancelling it, i wont be able to access the service immediately.

    So when i couldnt login to the site i.messgaed them again and was told “i requested to cancel and tbats the reason i cant login. I explained i should still be entitled to a moth worth of service as they charged me, if not i want a refund.
    Which again their online rep pretty much said, their is nothing that can be done, no refund or service yet they have already deducted money from my bank.

    Not happy at all.

  2. I have had four debits from my credit card which I would like to get back please, $50 US on 14th of Feb, Mch, Apr and May. Musiczoo did same on 12th of those months. Can you get those back for me as well ? Peter Hawley.

  11. I signed for a free trial and Sportzplay deducted $73.06 on 29 November. and also $1.52 on 24 November. WHY. I want my refund. This was not told. It says sign up for free. After going to the website I found out that there is nothing good to watch so I cancelled my subscription but still spotPlay went ahead and deducted money. This just not fair. Please refund. This just cheating.

Yes apparently I was charged for spotsplay and I don’t remember signing up bu a couple days ago they took 1.42 and then returned a few days later and then I just get paid yesturday Andy they go an take $65 from me today.
