User story: How Completesavings.co.uk took my money

Out of nowhere, a random website called Completesavings.co.uk is keep on charging me £15 and I never signed up for this membership.

I emailed the customer service to help me on this situation, so they sent me a cancellation number to help me cancel the membership and get refund confirmation.

So I did cancel my membership, but I don’t know where to find the refund option which is beyond ridiculous.

Whatever you do, never, ever sign up for this membership as they will automatically take £15 off your account every month.

  1. They said everything was free of charge but ended up taking $300 . I blame the banks for that because i did not give my all details.
