  1. I am not impressed, I do not know what you are or what you do besides ripping people off without their permission. On going through my bank statement I find I have been charged $69.87. I would greatly like a refund, if not, this will go further.

  2. I never subscribed to kick play but have been charged on my visa credit card for oct,nov and dec 1st
    $66.83 can each month. I need this canceled and my money returned total $200.49
    there is no way on their site to cancel . how can I stop payment???

    1. I managed to find the unsubscribe link… It is on their FAQ page! I received the cancellation email but had to retrieve it from the spam folder. This was about two days ago… So far they have pre-charged my credit card for a slight amount and, after my cancellation, I see that they have credited the same amount. These transactions have not yet been processed but I think the important thing is to act as soon as possible. I googled the company when I realized I had been led to sign up under false pretenses, and saw that it had happened to others so I acted quickly.

  17. Id like to get 72.90 back from kickplays that took it from my account on 16th October…I did not subscribe with them.

  18. My UK debit card has been charged EUR 57.95 every month for several months, and I have not noticed these charges until today. The transaction details are as follows:
    EUR 57.95 @ 1.1841
    My bank was unable to identify the company behind these charges. The bank has raised a dispute claim, which I really hope will help, as I have been charged hundreds of pounds in total. I have never heard of before and certainly have never authorised these charges.

I had money taken outer my bank account without any such consent at all and im a person that suffers from complete hardship due to being unemployed and on top of it all i was granted a loan from a loan shark and it took more then 75% of my loan i was given i need the money back in account ASAP i have no food and going through absolute poverty so please i appeal to whoever has to deal with this matter please see that i get reimbursed please.
