  1. I cancelled my 3 month subscription and then purchased a monthly subscription as it was easier to manage. Then later in the week I got a notification that I was charged the 3 month subscription so I log back into my account and now instead of saying it was only the monthly subscription I now had 2 subscriptions. I had to once again cancel my 3 month subscription. I tried contacting customer service within 30 min of the charge, and now it’s been over 76 hours with no response. I even got a pop up asking if my ticket was resolved when there has been no contact.
