LootCrate charging for next month subscription with no email and while my items are still being delivered.

-I signed up on sep 3rd for one box of wizarding world
– i canceled my subscription around 5th but seems like that didn’t last long because it was active again when I was checking for tracking at around september 20s
– i was under the impression my items would come before the next billing cycle, to see if I wanted to reopen my subscription but apparently not. My item came on the weekend of october 6th. The billing cycle was for friday October 5th.
– I recieved NO email or confirmation of charging 50 dollars (which is 11-13 dollars more than my previous subcription fee I didn’t even get the choice to enter in a coupon code) to my account.
– I contacted customer support after RE-unsubscribing and told them the situation and got one message, which wasn’t helpful in telling me if I could be refunded and discontinue ties with lootcrate and not recieve the next box since I don’t want it to begin with.
-I replied with the same question again on if I can be refunded for this subscription unknowingly to my account considering I was charged before my item from the previous came, no response yet.
