User story: Musiczum.com took my Money

Hi,
from Germany, I’m writing to you in the name of my dad, who has constant debits, on his credit card, from Musiczum.com and Musicmac.com.

I just want to stop the debits, a refund would be good.
Unfortunately, he has no idea how that comes about, he has nowhere logged in or something

What can you do about it?
