I received my first shipment at the end of August and should have stopped there. There were only a couple of “good” items in it. One outfit was even COVERED in dog/cat hair and they had just packaged it…just like it was. Didn’t even take a lint roller to it. I should have cancelled then but wanted to give them another chance. I got my second bag. Hardly any of the clothes fit. I kept a shirt and a pair of sweats….that was it. The packaging was basically ruined so I was waiting for an email from them, like I had received the month before, with the return date so I could ask them about the packaging. Nothing came until the 17th…when they billed my account for over $600.00 and sent me an email asking how everything was going because I was one of their best customers. I sent an email reply telling them I was sending almost everything back to them and was not happy. The charge was pending so I asked them to NOT charge my account. I have been emailing back and forth with them and they REFUSE to refund my account. They say they can only give a credit and offered their ACE stylists to me and offered to send a free shipment to use my credit with. I do not WANT a store credit. I WANT my money back into my checking account. The date of return was October 11th is what they told me, not that there was anything in the package to tell me that! I was 8 days over that so that cost me $600.00 + and their refund department is refusing to refund. I have worked with many companies in the past and have never had this happen. This was my second package from them. If they valued their customers, you would think they would give at least a one-time “life happens” refund instead of holding past customers money hostage. Their own website says items are $10-$30 in value and they only send about 4-6 items. They say I received 18 items in the package and most of them are for $30.00 or more. How does that work exactly?? My debit card has been cancelled by my bank so they can’t charge me anymore. Customer service, when I emailed seemed actually pretty nice in the first paragraph and then the rest was scripted email. They didn’t even get the dates right in one of them. No emails about my purchase until I emailed them telling them to STOP the charge they put on my account.
