User story: One2onephoto took my money

This company had nothing to do with what I was doing on line. An offer for a large TV was sent to me via sms.

All I had to do was answer some easy questions and the next page asked for name address etc and credit card details to prove I was over 18.

The next page was not what I wanted so I went back several pages and thought because I had gone back that my details had not been taken but they were.

It was not till 3 days later that I realised the money had been extracted from my account.

I contacted my bank and they reversed the transaction, but a week later the money has been taken out again.

I cannot afford to pay for something that I do not want.
