User story: Zedplay.com ripoff

Zedplay.com have been charging our credit card monthly since Oct 2016 – 23 months. We did not question it payment each of us thought it was charge that the other had authorised until just recently. Hopefully not only can you stop it but get the US$1148.45 back.
Signed up by a free look at possibly joining the service.
From memory it was an offer for a free look for a month.
We don’t believe the terms were clear.
There has been no customer support. Probably so they didn’t stop the regular payment.
No purchases so no confirming emails.
