What to do if Google took money from your bank account!

What to do if Google took money from your bank account!

Have you discovered that money has been taken from your credit card from Google?

Often customers of Google have no knowledge that they have been signed up for a subscription that automatically renews and takes money from your credit card. So that leaves the question: How can you get your money back from Google? Often customers find that it can be extremely difficult having their money returned to their accounts once Google has taken them.

Why a chargeback might be a bad idea

A natural reaction would be to go to your bank and ask to do a chargeback, but it might not be the best thing for you because:

  • You will be without a credit card for a while since you bank will disable it
  • You will need to resubscribe to all other services again that you have connected your credit card with (like phone subscription, streaming services, automatic payments etc)
  • Your bank might impose a fee that you will have to pay

I look at my transaction history and I find that over 1000$ and 200 transactions were charged to some game or app called “Guns of glory” I don’t know who made these purchases but they seemed to stop after I reset my phone and google account password. Can you help me?
