  1. I’m being charged for almost $90 for two items i didn’t keep and i said I would press charges and take them to court if they didn’t give me a full refund.

  2. I received my first shipment at the end of August and should have stopped there. There were only a couple of “good” items in it. One outfit was even COVERED in dog/cat hair and they had just packaged it…just like it was. Didn’t even take a lint roller to it. I should have cancelled then but wanted to give them another chance. I got my second bag. Hardly any of the clothes fit. I kept a shirt and a pair of sweats….that was it. The packaging was basically ruined so I was waiting for an email from them, like I had received the month before, with the return date so I could ask them about the packaging. Nothing came until the 17th…when they billed my account for over $600.00 and sent me an email asking how everything was going because I was one of their best customers. I sent an email reply telling them I was sending almost everything back to them and was not happy. The charge was pending so I asked them to NOT charge my account and to cancel my account with them. I have been emailing back and forth with them and they REFUSE to refund my account. They say they can only give a credit and offered their ACE stylists to me and offered to send a free shipment to use my credit with. Why hold my money hostage? My account with them is CANCELLED! How can you put a credit balance on a CANCELLED account? This has been since October 19th and there is NO credit balance on my account. They are holding my money hostage. And how can I even use up ALL of that money?? I cancelled my debit card so I have no further charges from them. This was my second package from them. If they valued their customers, you would think they would give at least a one-time “life happens” refund instead of holding past customers money hostage.

  3. I have been trying to receive a refund for returned items. They will only give me store credit. So I attempted to purchase items to receive store credit but, they have been sending me garbage relabeled items and gift cards. No my statement says my credits expire! Can you help me to receive a refund?
