  6. Hello, I have been charged £43.68 from the newmediaz.com website. I can only imagine it is one of the sites I registered on because it claimed it was free. The payment was taken out on the 12th November 2018. Please can you help me get my money back as soon as possible. Many thanks, Ellis.

    Due to illness I only checked my Credit Card Statements recently to find out that both NewMediaz.com and Playjoltz.com – being one company – have charged my account each with 49,95 EU since May 2018 until DECEMBER 2018 . I have never used their services . Besides, there are completely out of my range of interests. Various email exchanges resulted in their promise of refunding 145,83 EU a fraction of total about 700,00 EU.
    My bank advised me to have my credit card invalidated and contact the police.

    I am desperate that’s why I writing to you. and don’t know what to do next.
