  1. Hello, I’ve previously had a subscription through scentbird and about 2/3 months ago I canceled the subscription. Scentbird has not only continued to take the $14.95 /month they took out an additional $27.00 and a $16.15 charge on the same day as of March 5th, 2020. I did not authorize ANY of these charges and like I said before my account has been inactive and canceled 2/3 months ago. I’ve looked into my account with them and it states that my account is inactive and then it encourages me to resubscribe which is very confusing. I’ve lost out on $43.15 today alone because of scentbird not including the past few months charges to my account.
