User story: Fastplaz regularly take money

I considered buying a book via fastplaz and was required to give my credit card details being reassured no withdrawal would happen unless I purchased product.

I have purchased no product from them but on three occassions three months apart they have taken $72.81 from my account.

I contacted them after the first withdrawal and was reassured it would be discontinued.
