Have you like many other customers from also been charged money on your credit card that you have not authorized?

Often customers of have no knowledge that they have been signed up for a subscription that automatically renews and takes money from your credit card. So that leaves the question: Is it realistic that you can get your money back from It can often be extremely difficult and frustrating trying to get the money back once has taken them from your account.

A chargeback with your bank might be a bad idea

A natural reaction would be to go to your bank and ask to do a chargeback, but it might not be the best thing for you because:

  • There is no guarantee that your bank will follow through on the chargeback, leaving you without refund
  • Your bank might require that you provide documentation that you dont have
  • You will need to resubscribe to all other services again that you have connected your credit card with (like phone subscription, streaming services, automatic payments etc)
  • You will be without a credit card for a while since you bank will disable it
  • You will sometimes physically have to go to visit your local branch to sign paperwork to get the charges from revoked

    1. I’ve been changed for over 6 months of subscription without knowing it. I called there to cancel it but apparently they DIDNT please help me get a refund back

I have asked them for a refund and they refused. I tried canceling my membership but they said I will lose some benefits including spending the money already on the site.
